While I admit this isn’t the first time, I have been part of Community helping other’s and sharing positive energy …! It was my first time every going to San Miguel Community Garden! the very time was actually with students from northwest career and technical academy (Culinary) upcoming Chefs! In truth before this event, I didn’t even know about the Spot until i did some research and went to meet Morris Bedard who runs the San Miguel Gardens. I was at the time still trying to figure out where i wanted to be in my life (at the time I was figuring out go back into the dj life? or do something more meaningful for myself in career wise as well on my path forward. So, while working on Greenside up, I told Chef Mitchearl about the San Miguel Community Garden. He meets Morris and things moves forward into a few projects we were both part of. The very first one a was Pizza Appreciation with the Future Chefs from Northwest Career & Technical Academy at San Miguel Community Garden – Las Vegas, NV Official Group also support by Garden Farms of Nevada with Joe Lombardo for Governor, and Clark County Sheriff’s Department. These upcoming starts Chefs came with nothing but The Chef Style, seriously they weren’t playing around lol. It was a good day with all who was part of it! This was just the event I was part of, then

Chef Mitchearl of www,greensideup.org  which is now called www.greesnsideup.farm had a Blast support The Future Chefs from Northwest Career & Technical Academy at San Miguel Community Garden – Las Vegas, NV Official Group also support by Garden Farms of Nevada with Joe Lombardo for Governor, and Clark County Sheriff’s Department They showed some serious talent with learning and making Pizza cook in a fire Pit !

I was invited to a San Miguel Community Garden event which I was simply Djing, it was another delightful event! I had a great time swinging and spinning liquid jazz for everyone who was there! I had a time doing that, being part of a community was good for me. I started to feel or better yet have more feelings on what I needed to do in life. I really have never pushed my Chef Career, I simply just let that slid away. But seeing what San Miguel Community Gardens was doing.

is a place where people can come together to make something beautiful and delicious. Come meet friends, neighbors, and the community as we come together to work in the garden. It isn’t run solely by one person but takes everyone and it has flourished. The garden was Founded on February 23, 2014, which I found out a few chefs go there as well a few professional foodies Bloggers as well.

The most recently time I went to San Miguel was due to the Fact Morris asked for me and Chef to return once more to the Garden to help with very special event for well tune into the show about and you will see hear what it was about.

what I will say these people who was at El Jen a Rehabilitation center, it was for them have had been inside for at least two years due to the pandemic .. with several different high schools’ students was organized by Lds ward part of their outreach church community program with San Miguel Gardens just wanting to give back with their infamous pizza brick oven style party!! From that moment Think that’s when it hit me, I needed to do something with Career as a Chef, what was the point of going to Culinary for if not? Thats when I created www.ListofChefs.com
